The method identifies connected subnetworks of edges showing a particular effect of a size larger than would be expected by chance (see Zalesky et al. for details and validation) (45). Here, we report results for k =.005 (i.e., retaining only edges with p <.005). Results obtained at higher (k = .01) and lower (k = .001) values are provided in Figure S2 in Supplement 1 to illustrate sensitivity to parameter settings.
