The above sections represent the work of the authors as of early 2017. Since that time our thinking has evolved. The limitations of the above sections are clear: The trajectory analysis as presented is left at the level of individual SNP-phenotype trajectories.Isolated structural results were presented at separate age ranges.No attempt was made to characterize structural trajectories, either by direct analysis of the effect size matrices, or through analysis of the sPCA results both in the phenotypic and genotypic dimensions.
