generated and affinity-purified using a peptide corresponding to the unique 11-amino acid C-terminal domain (DVANLENESKV, Pacific Immunology Corp.; Ramona, CA). Membranes were washed with PBS/0.1% Tween 20 and incubated with donkey anti-rabbit (0.2 μg/mL, LI-COR Biotechnology; Lincoln, NE) or donkey anti-mouse (0.5 μg/mL; LI-COR) secondary antibodies. Blots were developed using the Odyssey infrared imaging system (LI-COR), and the integrated density of each band was measured using NIH ImageJ software (Bethesda, MD).
