FHD and HA contributed to the study's concept and design, selection of patients and subjects, and interpretation of results. FHD contributed to acquisition and preparation of neurophysiologic data and statistical analyses. FHD had full access to all the data in the study and takes responsibility for all aspects of the study, including integrity of the data accuracy and the data analysis.
