When we compared the frequency of mosaicism in high and low mar hiPSCs by GLDC FISH at p12 (DL5459 C5 [high mar], 44.0%; DL5459 C6 [low mar], 32.5%), following extended culture (p22) (DL5459 C5 [high mar], 42.5%; DL5459 C6 [low mar], 20.5%), we found variable decline in evidence of extra FISH signals in interphase cells for the GLDC locus (Figures 3D and 3E; Tables S3 and S4). Consistent with chr 9 FISH signal in the mar element (Figure 3C), FISH analysis also demonstrated overlap of the GLDC signal with the mar element (Figure 3F).
