The genome-wide data and phenotype measures used in this study will be made available to the scientific community through the NIH database of Genotypes and Phenotypes (dbGaP) by January 2015. Researchers interested in using the Add Health sibling pairs subsample genome-wide data will be required to access genotype data through the dbGaPauthorized access system. Once genotype data are available through the dbGaP and access has been granted, researchers who request other phenotypic data not in dbGaP will be able to apply for a Genome-wide Data Restricted Access Agreement through Add Health beginning in 2015 (http://www.cpc.unc.edu/projects/addhealth).This process will allow approved investigators access to the entire Add Health sibling pairs subsample longitudinal data in addition to the genome-wide data.
