This microarray dataset is MIAME compliant. The raw and final processed data for each hybridization are available to any researcher upon request. The essential sample annotation including experimental factors and their values (e.g., gender, age, PMI, pH) is available and summarized in Table S1. The study utilized a standard annotated microarray (GPL4372) and standard pipeline of data processing for this array.
