SNPs are also very high (1, 1, 0.81, 1, 1, 1) (Supplementary Material, Fig. S3). The 6-loci haplotype A-G-T-C-T-G was also found to be significantly associated with higher pain scores (z = 4.83) and was also observed in 6% of the subjects (Table 4). Importantly, the most significant haplotypic test in Table 4 is flagged by both the EM-based method and the CHM.
