In addition to the completion of the Screening Questionnaire and, for likely cases, the DI-PAD, all participants donated up to 50 milliliters of blood. Samples were express mailed directly to the NIMH Repository at Rutgers University (Rutgers University Cell and DNA Repository, RUCDR). Many collaborators also retained additional samples.
