Figure 1 shows the distribution of P-values for 10,000 two sample t test comparing means in two groups of 10 observations from a Standard Normal distribution. If the P-values followed a Uniform distribution, all the frequencies should be close to 500. This is indeed the case and the P-values do appear to follow a Uniform distribution.
