Imputation was performed using MACH (http://www.sph.umich.edu/csg/abecasis/mach/index.html) on the EA dataset. Imputed SNPs generally supported, and were of similar strength as the observed associations (see Figures S2 and S3). Near EPHA6, however, there were no imputed SNPs that showed association with BP, supporting the argument that the observed association is due to a genotyping error.
