All work with human derived cells was done in accordance with the Belgian guidelines and regulations and informed consent was obtained from the subjects according to manufacturers. hiPSC lines ChiPSC6b_m1 (Cellectis) and iPSC0028 (Sigma) derived from healthy individuals were cultured in Matrigel™ (BD Biosciences) coated 6 multiwell (MW6) plates (Nunc) in mTeSR™1 medium (Stem Cell Technologies) and passaged with EDTA (Gibco) when confluent54. hiPSCs were upscaled by passaging for a maximum of 6 times and cryopreserved until further use. Pluripotency was checked before the start of differentiation.
