The goal of the present study was to elucidate reward processing deficits as indexed by P3 amplitude and CSD topography in the HR offspring from high density alcoholism families in contrast to the LR individuals from the comparison families, in the context of brain maturation across age groups and gender. Impulsivity scores were compared between the risk groups, and the relationship between P3 amplitude and impulsivity in the context of age and gender was also examined.
