The results of the F-test and t-test are shown in Table 2. For 0-back and 1-back tasks, the differences between stroke patients and healthy controls were significant. There were differences of P300 latency, P300 amplitude, RMS, and theta band power in the stroke patients compared with healthy ones. In particular, the differences of P300 amplitude and RMS between stroke patients and healthy controls in 1-back task were larger.
