In 2018, we reported a new GO release pipeline which produces monthly releases of GO with a versioned DOI assigned by Zenodo (7,23). Quick access to download the ontology, the standard GO annotations and the GO-CAMs is available at http://geneontology.org/docs/downloads. All GO releases are additionally stored for long term archival at the CERN through Zenodo.
