Thirdly, in order to account for multiple testing in the case–control GWAS discovery sample, we also performed Bonferroni corrections for the 25 CNVRs tested. Five of the 25 CNVRs followed-up in the case–control GWAS discovery sample achieved one-sided P-values of <0.025.
