Human PSCs were passaged using 0.5 mM EDTA every 4–5 days when confluence reached ~80%. To prepare working solution of EDTA for passaging, we added 500 µl of 0.5 M EDTA into 500 ml of PBS, filter sterilized the solution, and stored it at 4 °C for up to 6 months [24].
