Genotypes were generated using Illumina's HumanHap300-Duo Genotyping BeadChips and analyzed with an Illumina BeadLab Station (Illumina, San Diego, CA) at the Mayo Clinic Genotyping Shared Resource according to the manufacturer's protocols. The LOAD GWAS QC methods were previously published [29] (Text S1).
