General ability, attention, reading, word recognition, and memory measures were administered prior to the experiment in order to verify that both dyslexics and controls met the criteria of dyslexia and regular reading (standard score of ≤−1.5 on a standard reading test in Hebrew, see [57]). In general, each behavioral testing session lasted approximately 1.5 hours (see Table 1).
