Gene expression profiles were measured with Illumina HumanHT-12 v4 Expression BeadChips. After limiting the dataset to iPSC lines derived from fibroblast of healthy donors, we obtained data from 711 iPSC lines and 301 somatic fibroblast lines. Probe intensity estimates were normalised separately for the two cell types using the variance-stabilizing transformation implemented in the R/Bioconductor vsn package 57. After normalization, the datasets were limited to the final remapped set of probes (Nprobes= 25,604). We refer to this version of the “gexarray” data by vsn log2 (iPSC/somatic).
