We further performed pathway crosstalk analysis to explore the interactions among significantly enriched pathways. To describe the overlap between any given pair of pathways, we introduced two measurements, i.e., the Jaccard Coefficient (JC)=|A∩BA∪B| and the Overlap Coefficient (OC)=|A∩B|min(|A|,|B|), where A and B are the lists of genes included in the two tested pathways.
