Phagocytic capacity of hiPSC-astrocytes, primary astrocytes, and BV2 cells was analyzed by incubating cells with pHrodo-labeled zymosan (Thermo Fisher, P35364) or myelin purified from mouse brains, and then measured by flow cytometry.
