For most samples, genotype imputation was performed with the Michigan Imputation Server65 using the 1000 Genomes Phase 3 v5 reference panel. For COGA, genotypes were phased with SHAPEIT266 and imputed with Minimac365 using the 1000 Genomes Phase 3 v5 reference panel. For deCODE, genotype imputation was conducted by long-range phasing and haplotype imputation of chip-genotyped individuals with methods described previously67.
