In contrast to the results with CHRNA4, no SNPs in CHRNB2 were associated with DSM-IV ND symptoms (Table 4) in the CADD non-Hispanic EA sample. Increasing the number of informative families with the addition of the Hispanic sub-sample also did not yield significant associations.
