We compared SNP heritability results between LD Hub and previously reported LD score regression results (Bulik-Sullivan et al., 2015a). As shown in Table S2, the Mean χ2, λGC and Intercept results are almost the same. The minor discrepancies observed are a consequence of using slightly different quality control processes for LD Hub compared to what was used in the original LD Score regression paper. Results for the SNP heritability of 173 traits are shown in Table S1.
