The majority of PCLs show strong inter-member connectivity in multiple cell types with 132 PCLs (77%) having a cell-summarized median pairwise τ >= 80. 24 PCLs (14%) had significantly stronger connectivity in a particular cell type than in cell-summarized mode, indicating that for these PCLs the connectivity was driven by cell context. Some examples include PPAR receptor agonists in HT29 and PC3 cell lines and estrogen-receptor agonists and antagonists in MCF7.
