Conduct disorder was determined by participant self-report of at least 3 of the 15 DSM-IV criteria (American Psychiatric Association, 2000) occurring within the same 12-month period, prior to age 18. Participants’ self-reported age of onset of 3 symptoms occurring within a 12 month period was used to create a time varying covariate for conduct disorder.
