Other drug use was recorded if participants reported lifetime non-prescribed use of any of the following: cocaine (all forms), stimulants, opiates and major painkillers, sedatives, hallucinogens, dissociatives, solvents or inhalants. Self-reported age of drug use onset was used to create a time varying covariate for first other drug use.
