To verify DRD2 and CPNE4 labels cholinergic neurons, after FISH labeling with the two probes, we performed the following immunostaining with ChAT antibodies (ProSci, Cat# 45-037, 1:1000) using similar approach except that TBS buffer instead of PT buffer was used.
