These 99 labels were compiled from self-identified ancestry information from the PAGE sample manifest, as well as self-reported country of origin from the Mount Sinai BioMe biobank. Per-population allele frequencies for rs2395029[G] were calculated in PLINK v.1.90 (http://www.cog-genomics.org/plink/L9/)38 and results were visualized in R.
