The MANCOVA model for P3 amplitudes and latencies at Fz, Cz, and Pz in the NOGO condition showed a significant effect of diagnosis (F(6,25) = 3.12, p = 0.020). The univariate models showed alcoholics to have smaller P3 amplitude at Cz than controls (F(1,30) = 4.73, p = 0.038; Fig. 1).
