Genome-wide gene expression of mRNA from cultivated microglia cells over-expressing intact or genetically modified TYROBP was sequenced using TruSeq Kit for RNA capture and HiSeq 2000 for the sequencing. Read mapping was done using the TopHat (Trapnell et al., 2009) RNA-seq aligner.
