All animal protocols were approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) at Mount Sinai. All animal experiments were performed in accordance with the National Insitutes of Health Guide for Care and Use of Laboratory animals as well as with policies of the IACUC of the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
