The causal estimate of bXY for ASB16-AS1 was −0.14 which meant that a genetic increase in log2 transformed expression of ASB16-AS1 by one standard deviation decreased BMD by 0.14 standard deviation. Similarly, the causal estimate of bXY for SYN2 was −0.20 which meant that a genetic increase in log2 transformed expression of SYN2 by one standard deviation decreased BMD by 0.20 standard deviation.
