We have changed the underlying data source for the miRNA targets. Previously we used Microcosm Targets prediction service but it is not supported anymore. This motivated us to move to experimentally validated information about microRNA targets and now g:GOSt includes dedicated interaction database miRTarBase as a data source (22).
