The EEG has slightly less spatial resolution than fMRI, but adequate spatial resolution to measure the average current density of Brodmann areas at 2 cm3 to about 3 cm3 volumes in the millisecond time domain (Pascual-Marqui, 1999; Vitacco et al., 2002; Mulert et al., 2004; Grech et al., 2011).
