Summary data for eQTLs from developing human brains (Supplementary Data 1) were obtained from an online repository shared by Heath O’Brien and Nicholas J. Bray55. The analyses were performed on 120 human fetal brains from the second trimester of gestation (12–19 post-conception weeks).
