The reference file with the LD measurements is relatively large (650MB) with the downloading time depending on the speed of the Internet connection. With a standard broadband connection, downloading is likely to be finished in a few minutes. To run the estimate-coverage.pl script for a panel with ~ 500k SNPs takes around 15 minutes on a standard desktop computer.
