V6.5 cells were cultured on gelatin-coated dishes in mES media in the absence of LIF. 5μM of retinoic acid was added daily and cell samples were taken daily for 6 days. RNA was extracted using Qiagen’s RNeasy spin columns following the manufacturer’s protocol.
