Varying concentrations of purified Fc fusion proteins ranging from 1-10,000 ng/ml were incubated with 5 × 104 HEK-Blue™ TNFα/IL-1β cells (Invivogen) in the presence of 25 ng/ml of TNF. The assay was performed according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
