iPSYCH2012 and iPSYCH2015i were imputed separately using the Ricopili pipeline104. All 23 genotyping waves of iPSYCH2012 were imputed together. Prephasing was done using Eagle v2.3.5107 and the subsequent imputation was conducted using Minimac3108, using the downloadable version of the Haplotype Reference Consortium (HRC) (accession number: EGAD00001002729)109 as reference.
