Cell Ranger Count (cellranger-count-7.0.1, http://support.10xgenomics.com/) was utilized to process the FASTQ files derived from the snRNA-seq libraries. The reference refdata-cellranger-GRCh38-2020-A (10x Genomics) was used. The filtered gene-cell barcode matrices were used for further analysis.
