from PsychENCODE and 14,012 cells from outside sources (20). These data represent a range of psychiatric disorders, including SCZ, bipolar disorder (BPD), and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The individual genotyping and raw next-generation sequencing of transcriptomics and epigenomics are restricted for privacy protection, but access can be obtained upon approval. The protocols for all associated data are readily available (fig. S1). Finally, PsychENCODE has developed a reference brain project on the PFC by using matched assays on the same set of brain tissues, which we used to develop an anchoring annotation (21).
