Heritability was highest for alpha power (0.38–0.58) followed by theta (0.28–0.40) and then beta (0.27–0.33) and did not differ between frontal and posterior locations for each frequency band (Table 2). There was a tendency for theta and alpha power to be more heritable in the left hemisphere than the right.
