Text

The data are from families participating in the Collaborative Study on the Genetics of Alcoholism (COGA) [7]. We restricted our analyses to non-Hispanic Whites to minimize population stratification. The dataset consists of 1,074 individuals in 119 pedigrees. All statistical genetic analyses were conducted using maximum likelihood-based variance decomposition approaches implemented in SOLAR.
