For the targets, on average 4.5% of the epochs were excluded, with minimal differences between conditions (range 4.2% to 4.8%). On average 5.6% of the correct feedback epochs were rejected, again with similar percentages for all conditions (ranging from 5.1% to 6.2%). Next, EEG epochs were averaged across participants according to the different conditions.
