Text

In step three, two fMRI sessions scheduled within consecutive weeks on non-consecutive days were given using, in random order, alcohol (same doses as in prior sessions) or placebo. Twenty minutes after drinking, subjects entered a 3T GE CXK4 Magnet scanner (General Electric Medical Systems, Milwaukee, WI) and participated in the task near the usual time of the peak breath alcohol levels (BrAC), ~60 minutes after drinking.
