In a previous study (Chorlian et al., 2015), the trajectories of the means of the theta band EROs were determined using a varying coefficient local linear regression model (loess). An identical model with the addition of genotypic covariates was applied to the same dataset, and the time-series of parameter estimates (β values) for the genotypic covariates was obtained in addition to the phenotypic trajectories. These time-series of parameter estimates, when scaled by the standard deviation of the data, are the association trajectories.
