Current smoking prevalence was 57·9% (95% CI=54·3-61·6) among those at risk of alcohol dependence, 17·1% (95% CI=16·8-17·4) among drinkers not at risk of alcohol dependence, and 18·1% (95% CI=17·7-18·5) among non-drinkers. Predicted values for current smoking prevalence rates are modelled, adjusted for survey year, across the full range of AUDIT scores among drinkers and presented in Table 1 and Figure 1.
