The Quantile-Quantile (QQ) plot of the individual, common variant meta-analysis results (Figure 1) shows that the distribution of p-values is generally on a straight line, indicating the expected p-value distribution under the null hypothesis assuming no effects of the markers. If there were evidence of a true association between these variants and AD symptom count, we would see points in the upper right corner of the plot. However, there is no evidence to support an association between these variants and AD symptom count.
